  • Getting an insight into Human Conditioning and the effect it has on behaviour
  • How to recognise and deal with unhelpful emotions
  • How to change thoughts & behaviours for different results
  • Shifting non helpful emotions (around stress in particular)
  • Sharing a technique to uncloud and clear the mind quickly

Nick’s book is an account of his Sudden Neurosensory Hearing Loss in 2007 and his subsequent efforts to recover the ability to make sense of music, which had been all but destroyed.

Nick was a journalist for 25 years, chiefly as Arts and Features Editor at the Independent newspaper and, prior to that, as the Music Editor of Time Out magazine. Music had always been central to his existence and its loss in 2007 had a profound impact on his life, as well as on his nervous system. He is now a fulltime writer. As he states; “Life is quieter that way.”
