Popular webinar series from Otometrics continues as up to 600 hearing and balance care professionals stay abreast of the latest trends and insights with leading experts

Taastrup, Denmark | September 2015 – GN Otometrics, the leading global manufacturer of hearing and balance instrumentation, announced today the continuation of the ask-the-experts webinar series for hearing and balance care professionals. The webinar series, which began earlier this year, offers clinicians three new 30-minute webinars covering hearing aid fitting and balance disorders – with the first in this series scheduled for September 30, 2015.
“We are pleased to see the success of the first six webinars earlier this year, and excited to continue with more webinars starting in September,” says Henriette Glæsel, Director, Marketing Launch and Communication at Otometrics. “At least 600 hearing and balance care professionals from countries around the world have participated already in 2015. This is further proof that while our customers are very busy they still want to know and learn about the latest trends and stay up to date on what is going on in their profession. That’s why we are adding more webinars in the coming months – to give them a convenient way to learn more.”

Hosted by audiologists and product experts from Otometrics, the webinars feature presentations from leading experts in their respective fields of study, including balance expert Kamran Barin, PhD, Assistant Professor Emeritus, The Ohio State University addressing timely topics such as vestibular neuritis
Each webinar is free and lasts just 30 minutes. Listeners will have the opportunity to ask questions and engage with the presenters. They will also be able to access the video for viewing later.
“Keeping up with new technologies and methods can be challenging,” says Henriette Glæsel. “And sometimes it’s useful to get a fresh perspective on familiar topics. Our webinar series helps hearing and balance care professionals do that in a convenient and affordable way.”
