AIHHP will raise invoices for what you have booked above (including any accommodation) and you will be required to settle your bill by no later than Fri 11th November 2022. Any ‘extras’ are to be settled directly with the hotel upon departure.
Any changes to guest names and/or dates that accommodation is required MUST also be made NO LATER than 12pm on Fri 3rd Nov 2023 (otherwise you will still be charged for the room/s originally booked.)
Your online registration will prompt an invoice to be raised and this along with your confirmation will be emailed to you and on this you will find details on how to pay via Cheque or BACS.
