HEARING AID AUDIOLOGIST- OXFORD
Due to strong financial performance and a solid increase in workload, the Oxford Hearing Centre, an Independent Hearing Healthcare practice, is now looking for a dedicated, clinically focused Hearing Aid Audiologist.
Responsibilities
- To deliver best Audiological and aural-care service with the highest standard of clinical care, in line with the company vision and ethos.
- To develop, deliver and promote strategies within the practice to increase efficiency, profitability, and performance
- To offer the best clinical and technical advice and care for patients on an individual holistic basis
About You
- Qualified, HCPC Registered Hearing Aid Audiologist.
- A minimum of 1 years’ qualified experience in Clinical Audiology.
- Commercially aware whilst dedicated to exemplary patient care.
- Be passionate about audiology and ready to embrace innovation in products, technology and ways of working.
- Have a strong sense of empathy for your clients by being confident and articulate and able to listen, and understand their issues, taking accountability for yourself.
- Strive for excellence by continuously working to improve your own skills, knowledge, and ways of working.
- Demonstrate a genuine desire to be part of the team and support those around you.
- Flexible on travel – some domiciliary visits will be required on occasion.
- IT literate, whilst specific training will be provided, you must be able to handle the demands of working with the latest technology including manufacturers’ integrated fitting systems, IT based patient management systems, Office 365.
Due to the nature of the business, successful applicants will be subject to a satisfactory DBS Check.
Salary negotiable, depending on experience.

Hearing Aid Dispenser/Audiologist - Sound Advice Hearing branch based in Market Deeping
Due to a retirement within our business we have an excellent 4 days a week opportunity for a Hearing Aid Dispenser/Audiologist – branch based in Market Deeping.
Sound Advice Hearing are looking to appoint a full time Hearing Aid Dispenser/Audiologist to work Monday to Thursday in our friendly professional hearing healthcare centre in Market Deeping, near Peterborough. This is an opportunity within an established busy Branch. We pride ourselves on the personal attention to detail and superior level of aftercare that we provide.
The Company has invested in some of the most sophisticated state of the art testing equipment.
The role provides the right candidate with a very exciting opportunity to work for a local independent family run business, which operates a relaxed and very customer based philosophy.
We are looking for a talented individual who is ambitious, driven and engaging in their approach and above all an innovative team player. Fundamental to the above is a personal pride in delivering outstanding customer service and clinical excellence.
This job would ideally suit a self-motivated, professional, methodical and well-organised individual with a desire to develop the business further and high ambitions to achieve. Excellent time management and inter personal skills are essential.
Wax removal experience would be beneficial but not essential, as full training will be given.
The successful candidate should already be a qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser/Audiologist, and must hold a current HCPC registration, and a full driver’s licence.

As a Hearing Aid Audiologist at South West Hearing Care your day to day activities will be based in our 2 branches (Street and Westbury), there is the ability to customise the role to your requirements. We are also looking to expand the business, so this role offers further exciting opportunities for the right candidate, including possible management and/or share options.
You will be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Conducting hearing assessments and providing recommendations for hearing aids.
- Fitting and programming hearing aids.
- Providing exceptional aftercare and support to patients.
- Working with other members of the team to provide a holistic approach to hearing care.
- There are a small number of domiciliary appointments, so a full driving licence and transport is required.
To carry out this role, we are looking for the following set of skills:
- Registration as a Hearing Aid Dispenser with the HCPC.
- Be able to provide the highest level of customer care to our clients.
- Be pro-active in relation to generating new clients.
- Be commercially aware, with the ability to move the business forward.
- Be able to work with people from all backgrounds.
- Be IT literate and able to use Noah and manufacturer software, although training will be given as required.
- The ability to work on your own initiative is important.
- Ideally be able to demonstrate past sales results.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary and benefits package including:
- £35,000 – £40,000 per year (dependent on experience).
- Competitive commission structure taking OTE £50,000 – £60,000.

Holt Hearing
Calling all Private Audiologists!
Fancy earning some extra income as well as your normal salary on an ad hoc basis? We are looking to recruit in the Cardiff, Bristol, North East and East of England
At Holt Hearing and Balance Services, we have an exciting opportunity for an Audiologist or an Audiological Scientist, based in these areas to join our team on an adhoc basis. The successful candidate would have the opportunity to partake in our quality private services providing mainly audiological assessments (Pure Tone Audiometry & occasionally tympanometry).
