These sessions are TBC but will be FREE OF CHARGE for AIHHP Practice Members’ Staff (there’s just a £55pp fee to cover their refreshments on Fri 13th Nov only, or you can book them onto a special package deal for £200 to include hotel accommodation on Fri 13th Nov and a gala dinner place).

Hotel Room Costs for Weds 11th, Thurs 12th & Fri 13th November 2026
B&B Single occupancy: £110
B&B Double occupancy: £125
AIHHP will raise invoices for what you have booked above (including any accommodation) immediately after receiving your registration form and you will be required to settle your bill upon receipt. Any ‘extras’ are to be settled directly with the hotel upon departure.
As per our Event Terms & Conditions, should you wish to cancel a booking (a registration or dinner ticket) before the 1st October 2026 you will be due a full refund for the part of the booking payment that you are cancelling – less a 10% administration fee.
After the 1st of October 2026 all booking payments are non-refundable and non-early bird prices will apply.
(Changes to delegate and/or guest names are however allowable after this date.)

Please note that that by attending an AIHHP event, you agree to abide by AIHHP’s Code of Professional Conduct and uphold the values and principles it represents. Failure to comply with this Code may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to suspension or termination of membership privileges (if an AIHHP Member) and barring from attendance at future events.
